As a successful counsellor, supervisor, author, coach and mentor, Merrilyn aims to give back to the profession that has been her passion for years. Through Best Practice and the associated Best Practice Program, Merrilyn hopes to use the principles of Sharing, Support and Synergy to optimise the careers of other and future counsellors for success and succession. Merrilyn lives in Perth, Western Australia with her husband. She has four children and two grandchildren. After many years running a successful counselling practice and clinically supervising other counsellors, she is now semi-retired and focused on helping others.
