In 1 Corinthians 12:5-7, Paul explains, "There are various kinds of service, and the same Lord." Here Paul, the apostle, acknowledges that the saints can minister to one another in a variety of ways. Then he adds, "There are various kinds of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all." As each person ministers, they will have a different impact than others but it is all the work of the Holy Spirit. Finally, he continues, "But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all." Your service in this ministry is coming from the giftedness which is a work of God's Spirit to benefit all. Do the best you can with these principles and let the Spirit do the rest.
