Synopsis
Who or what are constant companions? A family member, a colleague, or maybe a friend could be a constant in your life. Some say it is the shadow that goes with you everywhere.
For me, it has been thoughts. Constant thoughts that crowd me and I play with them. They weave their own interesting web of feelings, emotions and my reactions.
I use them to create my story. Psst… without disturbing them.
For, when they flow as words on a blank sheet, it connects me with this world.
Who knows what it creates, what it reflects, how it makes a difference, and where does it take one. It is a mystery within itself.
Hmm… my constant silent companions…

Rashida Contractor, pen name Rashhi, has worked as a computer embroidery designer, kitchen planner and designer, abacus instructor and a creative writing skills teacher. She also wrote articles which were featured in Times of India’s Pune Property supplement for a year.
She is a passionate reader. Her inspiration has been a myriad of writers whose work she has enjoyed reading and learning from.
This is her first book. She lives in Pune, and works as an office administrator. She also enjoys country music, travelling, gardening besides reading, writing and graphic designing.
