Ranjani Indrajith is a teacher, trainer, curriculum strategist and an educational entrepreneur. She has over twelve years of experience in the industry and specializes in elementary education. She takes pride in her exceptional ability to bring out the best in every child through her simple and effective methods of teaching and nurturing.

Ranjani is the co-founder and director of “thulir” an educational initiative focused on creating technology based adaptive learning environment for children. At “thulir”, she manages the curriculum and content department, where her responsibilities range from strategizing syllabus to creating activity books.

Her interest in integrating innovation to positively impact learning, has led her to try various strategies and curriculum refinement, that has been well received in many prominent schools in India and in the US. She strongly believes that our educational system needs a makeover and takes all efforts to bring changes at multiple levels. This book is one such effort.
