Jane Ziegler Sojka (PhD, MBA) is an AMA Innovation teaching award winner. She is professor of marketing at University of Cincinnati's Lindner College of Business, where she developed the Center for Professional Selling. Her Women in Sales course enrolls hundreds of students each semester. The recipient of multiple teaching awards, Sojka has also worked as a marketing consultant to large and small businesses across the country, conducts research on closing the gender gap, and speaks frequently on women's empowerment.
