Sindy Warren is an acclaimed yoga and meditation teacher in Cleveland, Ohio. She teaches at Yoga Roots, a yoga studio in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and serves as a Lululemon Ambassador. In addition to being a yogi, Sindy is an employment lawyer with her own consulting business, Warren & Associates LLC. She incorporates the eight limbs in helping business and managers reach their highest potential. Sindy lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with her husband Dan, her daughter Olivia, and her dog Woodrow.
