Michael Bunner is a chemical engineer who owns a small engineering and manufacturing company. He served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force, is married, and is the father of three grown children. He grew up as a "cultural Christian," but was sufficiently attracted to the teachings and the person of Jesus that he joined the church at the age of twenty-six. He has continuously served fellow members of the United Methodist Church as an adult Sunday school teacher for over thirty years.
