Twenty-five-year-old Parijat Sharma was born in Haridwar (Uttarakhand), and raised in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) and Delhi. He completed his schooling at Ryan International School in Ghaziabad and is now studying at Delhi University. Shy by nature, Parijat’s love for writing began after his school years, and he started by penning down Hindi poetry and short stories. This turned his hobby into a passionate love affair with words.

Later, observing the people and friendships around him in college inspired him to write his debut novel Between Midnight and New Dawn, which narrates the importance and beauty of friendship and love.

Parijat wishes to see himself as a successful writer and filmmaker one day. He is also an avid reader, a movie buff, an SRK fan, and is fond of soccer and cricket.
