You Know More Than You Think is a five-book experiential series exploring perceptual literacy: how awareness forms, stabilizes, differentiates, navigates, and ultimately encounters the larger forces shaping reality. Before thought, there is sensation. Before explanation, there is awareness. You may have sensed more than you were taught to trust. In What's Already There, Elly Flippen invites you into the quiet moment before thinking, the place where perception begins long before words, analysis, or belief step in. This first book introduces a grounded, experiential approach to what the author calls organismic intelligence: the body's natural ability to register tone, atmosphere, connection, and pattern beneath conscious reasoning. This is not a book about mystical powers. It is a book about noticing. Through structured, real-world explorations, you:recognize how attention functions as a relational signal detect subtle shifts in emotional tone and atmosphere experience your body as a sensing instrument differentiate awareness, attention, and focus stabilize perception through grounding and coherence notice the quiet signals that arise before thought Rooted in contemporary neuroscience and perceptual science (while honoring the perceptual research lineage of Ingo Swann) this book bridges lived experience with disciplined inquiry. No belief system is required. Only curiosity. Because there is something there that makes sense. It has been present all along.

Elly Flippen is an author and researcher exploring human perception, awareness, and how experience forms in real time. Her work spans experiential, conceptual, and narrative forms, focusing on perceptual literacy-how noticing, meaning, and interpretation take shape before conscious thought. She grew up in close proximity to her uncle, artist and remote viewing pioneer Ingo Swann, where she was immersed in his creative work, perceptual research, and the wider community around it. That experience gave her a first-hand view of how perception operates at the edges of what is usually noticed.
