He was a journalist and won the coveted Associated Press Writing Award. He served as a Youth Pastor, Evangelist and Senior Pastor. For more than 20 years he has been the pastor of Patterson Baptist Church, the oldest Baptist Church in New York State. He provides counseling for pastors, churches, and other not-for profit organizations. He speaks for schools, churches, seminars, retreats, camps and conferences.
