Cleon "CJ" Joseph, CEO of CJ's Functional Fitness, (www.cjffla.com), is a premier fitness coach and business leader, in the Los Angeles area, with over thirty years of fitness and martial arts training. He has multiple fitness certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is also a twenty-four-year law enforcement veteran in Los Angeles and recently accepted a role as a supervisor for his department's self-defense and lifetime fitness unit. The author has been featured fitness expert on numerous radio and television news segments, in Los Angeles and abroad.
