Synopsis

Tristan must now lead what remains of the Company on a perilous journey through enemy-occupied lands, braving ancient horrors and facing off against the Deamhan Lord’s ruthless ally, the Butcher of Burgundia. Their mission: to return Elyon's sacred artifacts to the Tower of Dochás and defeat the Deamhan Lord before he plunges the world into eternal darkness.

But with the arch druid Faolukan and his powerful ally Gundovald hot on their trail, the stakes are higher than ever before. It’s a race against time as Tristan and his companions must navigate treacherous landscapes and outwit their enemies in order to save their homeland from certain doom.

Will they reach the Tower in time to stop Faolukan's destructive plans, or will the darkness triumph?

Fans of epic fantasy and high-stakes adventures like J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings series, will love this heart-pounding tale of bravery and sacrifice.

À propos de l'auteur

Mark wrote his first twelve pages at the age of ten, complete with drawings of a prairie fire, Indians, and a stampede. He is the author of The Scepter and Tower Trilogy, epic high fantasy for young adults set in a Celtic world. Through Lighthouse Publishing of the Carolinas, he has also published two novels of Christian historical fiction set in ancient, Celtic Ireland at the time of St. Patrick. At various times, he has welded rails for the railroad, inspected glass in a glass factory, given aid checks to welfare clients, and programmed micro-code for IBM. He recently helped plant a church where he still volunteers. He and his wife enjoy traveling with recent visits to Japan, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Ireland, France, Italy, and Switzerland. But most of Mark's time is spent at his desk writing, working for his church, or following his miniature Australian shepherd who insists on walking her master four miles a day.
