Bishop B. Courtney McBath is Senior Founding Pastor of Calvary Revival Church (CRC) and Chief Executive Officer at Courtney McBath Consulting in Norfolk, Virginia. Since preaching for the first time at 13 years old, he has served in a myriad of ministry and professional capacities. His undergraduate degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Masters in Biblical Studies and Practical Theology from Regent University, and an earned Doctor of Ministry degree from Providence Theological Seminary have provided him with invaluable skill and insight into the challenges today's organizations face. He and his wife of 39 years, Janeen, share four sons, a daughter, a son-in-law and four grandchildren. They reside in Chesapeake, Virginia.
