His assignments have included responsibility for all project phases from proposal development through contract closeout. Trained in both LEAN and Six Sigma, Dr. Plung has supported transformations in government programs, commercial enterprises, and non-profit agencies. He is author of more than 50 publications, including two anthologies and one college textbook on professional communication.

Connie J. Krull has more than 25+ years of experience supporting and managing infrastructure, and operations activities. She has had a succession of assignments focused on strategic management and strategic planning, while effectively implementing long-term business strategies and optimizing internal operations. Trained in both LEAN and Six Sigma, Ms. Krull specializes in taking a systematic approach to identifying and implementing organizational change, and ensuring a successful implementation of change management and organizational transformation.
