CHRISTINE DURRANT had a very meagre upbringing, but was always taught to make the most of what she had. From an early age she developed a sincere passion for animals and found comfort in their unbiased demeanor. In the years that followed she trained dogs, both her own and others along with the odd cat or two. Over that time she realised that many lessons can be learned from them, if we are only willing to see and hear. Christine is a mother of two wonderful sons, a proud grandmother of three and loves her family dearly. Her close friends say she is an inspiration by her disciplined ways and gentle approach in every situation. She has a gift with animals and a great sense of humour as well.
