Ozzie has also started two companies that have been acquired, and advised dozens of other startups and engineering leaders. He is the lead author of the Holloway Guide to Technical Recruiting and Hiring. Ozzie holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
