He serves as chaplain or character coach to teams, coaches, and individual competitors at Southern Illinois University, and to the Southern Illinois Miners professional baseball team. Roger is the author of fourteen books for ministry in sport. His global network of friends has enabled him to make dozens of international trips to over twenty nations to facilitate the growth of sports chaplaincy.
