The idea for Everything is Energy (including you!) flows out of a 2015 trip to Nepal. Tim, Pam his wife, and their friend Ingrida were training Nepalese students in Healing Touch energy work prior to the major earthquake. The earthquake was followed by months of severe aftershocks that created tremendous anxiety. Children were afraid to go in the school buildings and even their own homes. Tim, Pam, and Ingrida's Healing Touch students were working with thousands of people helping to ease the anxiety and then began working with the school systems.They found that the energy work was particularly helpful with children, calming them enough that they would attend school and sleep at night in their homes. The school teachers asked for a curriculum to help them continue to work with the children. They wanted simple tools to help them manage their emotional and mental energy, seeing that it could make a big difference.
