A commitment to building my relationship with God AND my resilience sent me in search of the words that would matter. Words that would encourage me, words that would comfort me, words that would challenge me, and even the words that would hold me together during the tough times. Those words came to me during my daily devotions. Finding myself without the words to pray, I learned to listen. I learned that prayer is a conversation and God is so much a gentleman, He won't interrupt us when we are speaking. But, if we pause, if we stop talking and get quiet, He will speak. Whether you read the book cover to cover, or you just pick it up when you need some encouragement or maybe even a laugh, enjoy. Live well and be blessed, on purpose.
