Synopsis

Life is tough and for sure bad things do happen to good people. God's Word tells us we are to expect the lost world to rise up against us. Knowing that, it is best to be prepared and how better than to develop and practice spiritual disciplines.

So this devotional talks about seven spiritual disciplines. These disciplines can be practiced anywhere by anyone without any special equipment. This devotional is a companion volume to a book written by Dr. Mayson titled, When Life Shows Up.
