Colleen founded Victory Church alongside her husband in 1990, her leadership skills instrumental in building a church of over 20,000 members with multiple campuses and over 140 nations represented.

She advocates to support efforts to end human trafficking and serves on the board of directors for Street Grace, a non-profit aiming to end domestic sex trafficking.

Colleen spends her free time enjoying her family and grandchildren, writing, painting, and playing golf.
