Stanley L. Witkin is professor emeritus of social work at the University of Vermont. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin and an honorary doctorate from the University of Lapland, Finland.A prolific academic author, he now pursues his longtime aspiration to write literary fiction which integrates the exploration of meaningful topics with engaging storytelling. Finding Lenny is his debut novel in this new venture. Presently, he lives in Virginia with his artist spouse and precocious dog. When not writing, he plays his guitar, writes songs, and watches basketball.
