Synopsis

Continue the heart-pounding thrills in Book 3 of The Legacy Series - a captivating adventure that combines the best of The Da Vinci Code and National Treasure. Follow James Bannerman throughout history as he seeks to answer those driving questions: "Why are we here?" and "What is our purpose?"

In The Legacy Series, James Bannerman has been facing two critical questions:

Why are we here? What is our purpose?

In the series finale, The Justification for Injustice, James will be forced to confront the greatest trial of his life.

This saying has been stated many times: "To whom much is given, much will be required." Each person on earth will face many tests, and James will discover some of his tests will force him to dig deeper than ever to rise to his destiny. He is finding out that, even with the best-laid plans, life can surprise in the most shocking of ways.

James's story picks up in 1985 and carries through nearly a half-century of mystery, intrigue, and the unlocking of secrets, until its end in 2032. James will learn--as will the reader--a higher understanding of life's purpose.

This is a story that encompasses power, love affairs, greed, temptation, and the lasting values that come with spiritual insight in a new age.

À propos de l?auteur

David Francis Cook, author of The Legacy Series, was born and educated in England. He first immigrated to the U.S. in 1967 and moved to America permanently in the 1970s. His own legacy is steeped in history: in 1917 his grandfather started in the burgeoning aerospace industry, decades later David started as a machinist in the industry, and he worked his way up through several major aerospace manufacturers. In 1982 he started his own business, which grew to the largest wing manufacturing company in the world. He developed into an accomplished writer and speaker in that industry. Selling the business to a Belgian consortium in 2003, David has been studying writing and growing his writing legacy in the two decades since. His travels around the world have enabled him to study and understand other cultures, contributing to this series. In 2006 he built his own 2.5-mile racetrack in North Texas, the region of the U.S. where most of his family and grandchildren live. He also has a home in Canada, from which he likes to write. David's books stress the work ethic, discipline, and deep-rooted values needed to reach for one's dreams.
