Larissa H. Rhone is an award-winning advocate, speaker, and third-generation sexual abuse survivor. She is the founder of Journey 2 Free, a survivor-led international movement focused on empowering survivors to reassign the shame by speaking and using their voices and stories (individually and collectively) as a tool in preventing, interrupting, and healing from child sexual abuse. Larissa organizes and facilitates an annual retreat for young survivors in her home country (Jamaica) and aspires to mobilize survivors and supporters in the fight to end child sexual abuse.
Jhayden-Ateir Morrison is 10 years old. I have a passion for reading and writing. I also enjoy watching television, playing video games, boxing, and football. After learning of my mother's experience with childhood sexual abuse and accompanying her on several occasions as she advocates for children who have suffered the same ordeal, I decided that I would help in any way I can to assist her in educating children, parents, and guardians on this topic. It is my greatest pleasure to co-author this book with my mother, and it is my hope that the contents of this book will bring awareness to both children and adults.

If you are looking for a book to start the conversation about the prevention of child sexual abuse, then this is the book for you It is vitally important to have regular discussions with our children about child sexual abuse prevention. The lack of communication between parents/guardians/caregivers and children significantly contributes to the prevalence of sexual abuse.
