Ayanna Murray has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Oregon. Ayanna's first published book was Bear Learns to Share, co-authored and illustrated by her daughters, Anaya and Jayda Murray. A homeschool educator for more than a decade, she was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, where as a little girl she watched and observed her parents' fight to overcome racial discrimination.
