Pam Savory is the founder of Freedom Rising Spiritual Community and the creatrix of Breathwork Metamorphosis, a trauma-informed practice devoted to conscious awakening and embodied transformation. A highly sensitive empath, mother, grandmother, and guide, Pam brings decades of lived experience to her work. Her personal journey through early trauma and a long season of autoimmune illness reshaped her understanding of healing and revealed the profound power of conscious breath.Pam creates sacred, nonjudgmental spaces where individuals feel safe to explore both the shadow and the light.
