Synopsis

Mae's feelings are as big as the ocean, crashing like waves on the gentle beach. But when she lays out her yoga mat, the world is still for a moment and a calm rushes over her. MAE & NAMASTE is a picture book that walks children pose by pose through a yoga flow to help them find their inner calm.

Find your Namaste like Mae. Sit with your legs crossed, place your hands together at your heart, close your eyes, and bow. Together, the light in Mae bows to the light in you.

A wonderful classroom and naptime story, this book is perfect for fans of Susan Verde's I Am Yoga and I Am Peace, Mariam Gates's Good Night Yoga, and Giselle Shardlow's Rachel's Day in the Garden.
