THE AUTHOR - John Janezic, a passionate educator for over 28 years, is excited to introduce his third children's book! His earlier works, Because Cockroaches Rule and 100% Loved, showcase his love for igniting and fostering imagination in young readers. When he's not writing, John is an award-winning actor from Arizona who delights children as an interactive storyteller, combining costumes, magic, and puppets. John is a multi-talented performer with over 37 years in theater, film, TV, and professional wrestling. He is also a stand-up comedian, focusing on clean comedy. THE ILLUSTRATOR - Mark Wilson grew up in the creative heart of Burbank, California, where he spent his entire childhood honing his craft and dreaming of one day working for Mad Magazine-a dream that still fuels his humor-filled, character-driven art style today. In 2017, Mark moved to Ohio, where his artistic journey continued to flourish. He's one of four brothers (including a twin!) and comes from a family brimming with creativity. In 2024, Mark married his best friend Jenn, who shares his love for art and imagination. This is the third children's book Mark has illustrated with his friend and colleague John, bringing to life a colorful, fun-loving pair of cockroaches who teach kids not to be afraid of these tiny creatures.
