Allan Keen entered the business world through a stroke of good luck-a day late, he missed the orientation at Rollins College and was unexpectedly assigned the dean of the graduate school of business as his freshman advisor. No one in Allan's family had an entrepreneurial bone in their body, nor had anyone graduated from college, but through Rollins, Allan entered a new world: one of business, economics, and real estate.
After a four-year career in banking, Allan founded The Keewin Real Property Company in 1978. His achievements include acting as the exclusive real estate broker for Universal Studios for two decades, developing the highly successful Windsong residential community in Winter Park, serving on numerous influential boards, and being knighted by Pope Francis into the Order of St. Gregory the Great.
Central to Allan's success are relationships and reputation, underpinned by his belief in the philosophy that "the more you do for others, the more you receive in return."
