She was rushed to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with an abdominal obstruction and sepsis. Despite multiple near-death experiences during surgery and treatment, Nio survived and made a full recovery.Now, on the other side of the healing process, and equipped with a new perspective on vulnerability, resilience, and the value of community, Nio is determined to empower and inspire others to live with meaning.
