Barry E. Knight is the founder of BEK Impact Co., a leadership coaching company. He works with executive leaders to unleash their power to drive greater impact and change by using a systems-thinking approach to align and optimize their vision, teams, and strategy. Second only to his love for Christ is his love for his wife, Sacheen. They are the proud parents of two sons, B.J. and Charles Edward, and one daughter, Sydnei Erica. It is Barry's desire to live full and die empty, fulfilling everything that God has placed him on earth to do.
