Drawing on her alluring artwork, poet and artist Ally Markotich beckons you-with wit and imagination-to rekindle your inner spark and open yourself to the love of the Divine Feminine. Through story-poems and whimsical images that have emerged from her own healing journey, this compelling book encourages you to set out on a contemplative path of re(dis)covery, one that leads you through the ordinary burdens and blessings of your life as you come to indwell the depths of your heart. The arc of Soul Kindling invites you to claim your creative wholeness. Her poems encourage you to imagine your life as a pilgrimage into the sacred womb, igniting your life in a dance of affirmation. In a world too long dominated by the divine masculine, Ally paints in ways that welcome MotherGod into your soul, reclaiming Her as the deepest source of your life.
