Synopsis
Every preacher I know who is worth their salt has times when they know they met with God while preparing a message. I'm talking about special moments when God gave them a treasure of a sermon, and they entered the pulpit with a full cup!
Time by the Brook is written with the thought of Elijah’s faithfulness when he was sent to the brook to wait on God. Do you wonder what he did there? He was all alone with God. This experience grew Elijah into a man who walked with God. It’s a discipline that we can practice today.
This book is full of treasures from messages I have written, where I am confident I met with God. It's designed to be interactive, drawing the reader closer to God and developing the discipline of studying the Word of God daily. My prayer is that this book will be used in discipleship, personal devotion, small groups, and as a tool for personal growth for those who desire to experience victory in Jesus.
