Victor Simmons is a global HR executive, DEIB strategist, and founder of Victorious Endeavors, a coaching, consulting, and speaking firm dedicated to building inclusive, people-centered workplaces where leaders thrive and teams deliver. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Victor has led HR operations and cultural transformation across the U.S., Canada, Japan, Australia, and Greece. He has served in leadership roles with global hospitality brands including La Quinta Resort & Club, Marriott International, Starwood Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and, most recently, as Vice President of Human Resources for Atelier Ace, where he guided organizational strategy, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives at scale. Beyond his professional work, Victor draws strength from his wife, Kenia, and his children, Victor, Michelle, and Roman, as well as the legacy of his paternal ancestors.
