Synopsis

Leadership isn't rocket science and the stress of becoming a leader shouldn't rival that of interstellar travel.

Yet, there are more laws, theories, and rules on the subject than ever before, which has overcomplicated the process and made it hard on new leaders to find a place to start.

Leader Relativity was written with just one goal in mind - helping people like you take their first steps into leadership. To guide you through the all too common moments of 'oh crap, wtf am I doing?' that start to creep in at the beginning. Leader Relativity is without question the most simplified version of leadership to ever be put on paper, and through real world examples, it outlines in detail how regular people become extraordinary leaders.

There are no pre-requisites to being a leader. It doesn't matter what your job title is, how many years of experience you have, or the amount of power you hold - anyone can be an extraordinary leader once they understand what it means to truly follow someone else. People will walk through fire to follow you if they know you truly care about them. That's what leadership is. And that's who you're about to become.
