Synopsis

Iniquitousness, the final book in this historical fiction trilogy picks up the metastasis of evil that has moved ever deeper into the world of international politics. Power and evil can work together and always find ordinary people to do evil things for the general good. This book takes C.E. Hall on a journey of corrupt politics and the abuse of political power up to April 24, 2024. C.E. is brought into the world of political power with a lab explosion and small fire at a university that leaves a Chinese research assistant with second degree burns.

C.E. is called in as an independent investigator by the higher up in the government and Nick Thomson and his team have been transferred during a Bureau reorganization. C.E. and the new director discover a Chinese spy in a top-secret lab in 2020, which leads to the discovery of a connection to the Mexican drug cartel that Nick and C.E. broke-up in a past stamp forgery case. The investigation leads to illegal drugs, human trafficking, secret Chinese bank money laundering, and terrorism. C.E. and the team slowly begin to make a connections between the small fire in the lab to secret activates by the CCP, drug Cartels business expansion, and international terrorist.

À propos de l'auteur

D. H. Coop is a retired fireman/paramedic. As a result of a fall at a fire, he worked in the fire prevention bureau prior to a medical retirement. Fortunately, he had a social sciences teaching credential with a major in history, or as he would tell his students, he "fell into teaching." For 20 years he has written as a guest columnist on the subject of history. He drew upon his experiences as a Marine, toolmaker, fire paramedic, fire prevention plan checker, history teacher, avid reader, and a philatelist to write his historical fiction trilogy. Iniquitousness is the final book in this trilogy. He lives in CA with is wife Kay. They have two children and six grandchildren.
