Dr. Karissa Thomas is an author, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist whose work examines how organizations recognize risk before it hardens into crisis. She is the creator of the Mosaic Intelligence Method(TM), a framework for decision-making under pressure, and the author of COMPOSED, a Next Generation Indie Book Awards finalist, and Uncertainty to Confidence, a Living Now Book Award silver medalist.Her writing draws on direct professional experience with loss and its aftermath. She holds an active independent adjuster license in nineteen states and a federal security clearance, and has spent years assessing what failed and why. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership with a focus in International Education and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
