When one colleague vanishes and whispers of corruption swirl, Katie is drawn into a dangerous game of academic politics, fundraising schemes, and hidden treasures that could reshape the library forever. With her sharp instincts, Greek resilience, and a circle of unforgettable allies-from the flamboyant Margot St. Brise to the enigmatic Witch Hazel-Katie must untangle rivalries and betrayals before the truth slips away.
