Shaped by the steady influence of his father, George W. Hawkins Sr., he learned early the values of faith, discipline, and responsibility that continue to guide his life and leadership today. For more than 30 years, he has served in ministry and, for over 25 years, as a trusted family and relationship counselor, helping individuals and couples build stronger, healthier lives. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of High Calling Ministries in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. As a devoted husband of more than 38 years to his wife, Sharlene, a father to George W. Hawkins III, and a spiritual father to many, Bishop Hawkins is passionate about building legacies that extend beyond one generation. Through his writing, he inspires others to embrace a vision of fatherhood that strengthens families, shapes lives, and leaves a lasting legacy.
