About the Author
Cecelia Williams is an overcomer of childhood traumatic experiences. As an esthetician with over 20 years of experience, she wrote many articles on skincare. Holding a master’s in professional counseling and being a certified life coach, she counsels and coaches on overcoming and thriving to live a happy, healthy, and productive life. She is an ardent volunteer and a passionate advocate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Greater Houston affiliate. She is a member of Positive Psychology.com, Adult Survivors of Child Abuse (ASCA), and Emotions Anonymous. Currently, Cecelia speaks, coaches, and advocates for emotional and mental wellness to help people understand that they can create their lives one way or another by consciously thinking or unconsciously living, knowing that the quality of their thoughts creates the quality of their life.
