Robin Fuller led pregnancy center ministries for twenty-three years, including sixteen and a half years leading one organization before completing her own succession. She knows what it costs to build something, and she knows what it costs to hand it away.Through Robin Fuller Coaching she works with executive directors and boards preparing for the transition most of them are avoiding. She coaches leaders one-on-one, leads a Succession Planning Mastermind Group, and has walked alongside directors across the pregnancy center movement as they prepared to pass the baton. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).Robin is available for coaching, speaking, and consulting on succession planning and ministry leadership. Robin and her husband, Steve, live in Grants Pass, Oregon.
