Dr. Donna D. Bethea is the author of two books, "The Ten Million Dollar Science Project," and a devotional journal titled "The Joy of Purpose and Determination." She conveys her love and gratitude to the Lord, for He makes all things possible. Dr. Bethea is the CEO and cofounder of a nonprofit organization (Initiative in Helping Optimistic People Excel) known as IHOPE, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, entrepreneur, poet, and educator. Her inspiration to become a writer derives from the great people she was nurtured and taught about. She has been married to Robert for 35 years, and they have a daughter, Macie, and a son-in-law, AJ. When the author is not writing, she enjoys directing IHOPE, spending time with family, and long walks on the beach. Dr. Donna D. Bethea's journey to becoming a writer was inspired by the remarkable individuals who raised and nurtured her and by influential figures who dedicated their lives to making a meaningful impact on the world.
