Synopsis
* Last updated 08/06/2018 *ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS BOOK AND THE EBOOK WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY So many of our ancestors fought and died to help further us on this journey, and look at this magical opportunity that we have manifested throughout existence! Just look at it! But we sit around and debate what the facts are? We allow “fake news!” We structured society to hold down our brothers and sisters of color? The richest .01% of the world has more wealth than the other 99.99% combined? Some people are huge fat slobs eating all day long… we have TV shows that show giant fat people stuffing KFC into their faces, while in between those images, they show commercials of starving children with flies on their faces in Africa… Something must be wrong. If I remember anything from history, it was that humans will not hesitate to burn this whole motherfucker to the ground and kill everything that moves in order to continue existing! As I look around, I see a lot of people that are about to have a hard time putting food on the table for their families as we come to realize the true potential of the machines, software, AI, voice and IT! Those responsible for the lack of education, separatism, and those in leadership roles that have continuously failed to be vigorously proactive in the planning and preparation needed to direct humanity into our rapidly accelerating technological future, will be to blame if we wipe out this glorious opportunity, due to ignorance/violence in the coming 2-3 decades; before we figure this whole thing out! THE ROBOTS ARE COMING! Whether we prepare or not, automation, robotics, software and IT are coming for a majority of jobs: drivers, cashiers, financial advisors, middle men of all sorts, car salesmen, insurance salesmen, doctors, lawyers, nurses… Almost all physical laborers, 60-80% of all positions are history within 3 decades! If we make it that far! We can all agree that our infrastructure: roads, bridges, airports, and railways are crumbling and desperately need rebuilt! This is a must!! Our technologically advanced future depends on an infrastructure that is sensory based, and this must be built. I think there are a couple options as to how we build this new infrastructure: A. A leader ushers it in and we rebuild America, and we implement a Universal Basic Income, B. The robots and automation put people out of work and we put them back to work rebuilding infrastructure and then disburse a Universal Basic Income, or C. We burn this whole thing to the ground before we make a decide on A or B. Another inevitable collapse that will have to be dealt with in the next 3 decades will be the demise (drastic changes) of capitalism. This system is too leveraged, and beginning to become too efficient. It seems as if some implosion has to happen soon. Whether we tear apart this world and rebuild or a war does, this world is getting rebuilt! As you continue reading, I aim to explain how we got here and where I (and many others) think the next few decades of tech are going to take us. I present ideas on how I think we can best shape the future of tech as we continue to connect the dots to IT! I explain how, and why, the powerhouses of social media came to be, and why there may not be room for any more. I explore topics like Moore’s law, simulation theory, IVF, God, Death, and eSports. I touch on “racial” differences and racism in America, and how “race” as a social construct, came to exist. I am covering and presenting some harsh truths and I give no thought to being politically correct! I do not care about the capitalistic success of this project. I do not care about the repercussions of the truth presented in this project. I only care about the truth and us moving forward as one people with a distant future in mind. I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it.
