A car salesman named Stephen Walker dreams of creating his own novel. He dreams of writing a story that will give him financial freedom, and an opportunity to leave his wife. The noisy surroundings of his home are too much for him to handle, so he travels to his cabin which is located many miles away. The only problem is an old man who decides to make Stephen’s vacation a living hell.
While writing his novel on his laptop, Stephen realizes that he is not alone in his cabin. The Old Man is there with his dead blue face staring at the car salesman.
“Tell me a story,” the Old Man says to Stephen. A story that must be completed before an hourglass reaches a time limit. On this hourglass are three red lines that have three words written next to them: lust, gluttony, and greed. If the sands of the hourglass reach a red line before Stephen finishes the story, he must make a choice involving one of these sins. A choice that will affect the people that he knows in the most horrible of ways.
