Synopsis

This book is for leaders in every type of situation. The leadership style outlined in this book was developed during my time in the Bronx, New York, the military, working for the Gwinnett County Police Department, the school system in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and my personal experiences. I have witnessed and experienced a wide variety of leadership styles from encouraging to toxic. My hope is simply to encourage others to use what I call the “Encouraging Style of Leadership”.
