Synopsis

Mary Alice is a beautiful child, born totally blind. She is the fruit of a love triangle in which her mother, a program girl, and a medical mal-character, come together to give an infamous blow to an old millionaire, inheriting her whole fortune. The child's disability causes a profound psychological disturbance in the mother, who believes that God punished her for her crime in her daughter and decides to avenge God by making this world an artificial paradise for the young Mary Alice, who grows excluded from the true reality of what happens in the world that surrounds it. Meanwhile, increasingly wealthy, psychologically affected by the power of money and determined to secure the paradise of fantasy and lies in which she plunged her daughter, her mother, super protective, commits various crimes. Mary Alice grows up and, as a teenager, she becomes suspicious of the reality of her world, her false friends, always smiling and happy, of her best friend, a psychologist trained to keep her in an illusory reality of peace and happiness apart . Until one day she discovers that she can regain her sight and thus begins the confrontation between paradise and hell for Mary Alice and her mother, who has no consequences to perpetuate her paradise of lies, which her remorse made her create, leading the two to an unexpected destination.
