Tanya Rhone is a business consultant and author who has lived and worked in diverse corporate settings and environments. Her childhood in LA's Watts neighborhood gave her a front row seat to the social upheaval of the 1960s. Learning to adapt was the biggest skill she mastered from her youth and that skill propelled her to survive and succeed in corporate America. After years of observing troubled workplaces as a worker and as a consultant, Tanya Rhone hopes to help today's workers play the game differently. Her knowledge comes from years of living in the workplace, studying organizational behavior, and applying both common sense to what she found there.
