Dr. Tracy Shroyer is a leadership junkie, professor, project manager, and a management consultant. Her primary areas of interest are leadership development, as well as organizational change, such as layoffs. Dr. Shroyer’s dissertation research, published in 2013, focused on the personal and professional experiences of downsizing managers faced with decision making, implementation and managing in the aftermath.
