The Deterioration of Faith is the first book of poetry by poet Reneshi Dixon. Born and raised in Macon, GA, Reneshi fell in love with words while attending Mercer Universities Budding Authors workshops. This poetry book is her interpretation of dealing with trying times by putting faith first.

Reneshi Dixon was born and raised in Macon, GA, and currently still resides in Macon, GA with her two children. Reneshi is an educator who believes that everyone should have an opportunity for a quality education. As a mother to two special needs children, Reneshi is passionate about advocating for special needs children in the education system, and teaching others how to advocate for those with mental health disabilities. This has lead Reneshi into another role of advocacy which she feels is her life’s mission and passion. Reneshi loves to help people and in her spare time outside of ministry, school, or work she enjoys writing, reading, jogging, and spending time with her two children, friends, and family. Reneshi is a United States Air Force veteran who served honorably. Additionally, she graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force, an Associate of Science degree in Biology from Georgia Military College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Troy State University, where she graduated cum laude. Currently, Reneshi is working towards a Master of Arts in Public Policy at Liberty University as she continues to advocate education as a tool that benefits all members of society.
