Brad Riley is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene. With a Catholic background from his youth, his heritage gives him an appreciation for the historic Christian faith. As a minister he loves all branches of Christianity. A good friend has coined a new name for him... “Orthocathorene”; part Orthodox, part Catholic, and part Nazarene. He takes that as a high compliment. Brad’s work in the community often opens up opportunities to minister in ecumenical settings where he meets with families from various to no theological backgrounds. What really matters to those families is not his denomination or creed, but that he shares the love of Jesus with them in some of their most difficult times. Brad and his wife Rhonda have served churches in San Antonio, Texas and Wichita, Kansas. They have been married for 31 years and have two children. They reside in Wichita, Kansas, where he currently serves as Associate and Teaching Pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene. He is also the founder of The Merciful Servants of Christ, a discipleship order for spiritual formation, and The Ecumenical Christian Prayer Group. Brad also travels to speak in churches and organizations inspiring them to grow deeper as intentional disciples of Jesus Christ.
